Laqta is a private event photo-sharing platform. It lets hosts create private event workspaces and generate QR codes that guests can use to upload photos directly — no app install or account required. Laqta is currently in early access.
Laqta is available to anyone who creates a host account and accepts these terms. By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
Guests who upload photos through Laqta confirm that they have the right to share those photos and that the content complies with these terms. Guests acknowledge that photos will be visible to the event host.
You may not upload or facilitate the upload of content that:
Laqta reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice.
Photos uploaded to Laqta remain the property of the person who took them. Laqta acquires no ownership rights over uploaded content. By using the platform, you grant Laqta a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your photos solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
How we handle your photos and data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Laqta is provided as-is, in early access. We make every effort to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime or data loss caused by factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laqta and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim does not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your event data and photos will be deleted according to our data retention policy.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will notify registered hosts by email of material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan. For questions or concerns, contact us at hello@uselaqta.com.

لقطة منصة خاصة لمشاركة صور الفعاليات. تتيح لأصحاب المناسبات إنشاء مساحات عمل خاصة وتوليد رموز QR تُمكّن الضيوف من رفع الصور مباشرة — دون تثبيت تطبيق أو تسجيل حساب. لقطة في مرحلة الوصول المبكر حالياً.
لقطة متاحة لأي شخص ينشئ حساب مضيف ويقبل هذه الشروط. باستخدامك المنصة، تؤكد أنك تبلغ من العمر ١٨ عاماً على الأقل وأن لديك الصلاحية للموافقة على هذه الشروط باسمك أو باسم مؤسستك.
الضيوف الذين يرفعون صوراً عبر لقطة يؤكدون أن لديهم الحق في مشاركة تلك الصور وأن المحتوى يتوافق مع هذه الشروط. يُقرّ الضيوف بأن الصور ستكون مرئية لصاحب الفعالية.
لا يجوز لك رفع أو تسهيل رفع محتوى:
تحتفظ لقطة بحق إزالة المحتوى وتعليق الحسابات أو إنهائها التي تنتهك هذه الشروط، دون إشعار مسبق.
الصور المرفوعة على لقطة تبقى ملكاً لمن التقطها. لا تكتسب لقطة أي حقوق ملكية على المحتوى المرفوع. باستخدام المنصة، تمنح لقطة ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري لتخزين صورك وعرضها بهدف تقديم الخدمة لك فقط.
كيفية التعامل مع صورك وبياناتك موضّحة في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا، التي تُعدّ جزءاً من هذه الشروط.
تُقدَّم لقطة كما هي، في مرحلة الوصول المبكر. نبذل قصارى جهدنا للحفاظ على توافر المنصة واستمراريتها، لكننا لا نضمن الوصول المتواصل دون انقطاع. لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الخسائر الناجمة عن توقف الخدمة أو فقدان البيانات لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
بالقدر الأقصى المسموح به وفق القانون المعمول به، لا تتحمل لقطة ومشغّلها المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية ناجمة عن استخدامك للمنصة. لا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تجاهك في أي مطالبة المبلغ الذي دفعته لنا خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة للمطالبة.
يمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا. يحق لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهائه في حال انتهاكك لهذه الشروط. عند الإنهاء، تُحذف بيانات فعالياتك وصورك وفقاً لسياسة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات لدينا.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط مع تطور المنصة. سنُبلّغ المضيفين المسجلين عبر البريد الإلكتروني بأي تغييرات جوهرية. استمرار استخدام المنصة بعد التغييرات يُعدّ قبولاً للشروط المحدَّثة.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين الأردن. تختص محاكم عمّان، الأردن، حصراً بالنظر في أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط. للاستفسارات أو المخاوف، تواصل معنا على hello@uselaqta.com.
